According to local reports, Hilton Hotels Corporation has opened its first Hilton Resort in Turkey, its ninth property overall in the country. The Hilton Golf Resort & Spa is in the resort town of Dalaman in the Aegean province of Muğla. Turkish firm Göçay Turizm and Hilton agreed to jointly build and run the hotel in 2008. The hotel features 12 different types of rooms and suites as well as a range of leisure facilities. The company is thought to have a further 13 hotels in the pipeline for the country in the next two years.
